Cooling Tower or Adiabtic Cooler
The thermal resistance between the hot components and the refrigerant is low so that coolant temperatures of 30oC or more can be tolerated. Thus servers can be cooled year round with cooling tower water in many parts of the world. Alternatively an adiabatic cooler could be used.

Similarly, the return water from a Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) could be used. This would have the advantage of increasing the chiller efficiency so that the overall cost of cooling would be substantially reduced.
