1. Server is instrumented and characterized as received (air cooled)
2. Fans and heatsinks are removed.
3. A set of heat risers is designed and fitted; super compliant, proprietary thermal interface material is attached to the server lid
4. Server is re-characterized with cooling fluids up to 35^oC
5. Designs are updated and evaluation units passed to customer.
6. Customer can choose to let Clustered continue to modify servers, supply kits, or license the customer to manufacture the components directly.
